Profile: Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico

The Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico (HRMA) is proud to be a local affiliate chapter of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world's largest professional membership organization in Human Resource Management, with more than 165,000 individual members.

HRMA has been recognized nationally for its programs and accomplishments, including being awarded SHRM's Superior Merit Award status.

The Society for Human Resource Management of New Mexico (SHRM of NM) is an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. We represent over 1,000 Human Resource Professionals in the state of New Mexico.

Our purpose is to promote the mission of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), to serve the needs of Human Resources professionals and advance the Human Resources profession.  We aim to connect Human Resource professionals throughout New Mexico, to provide support to affiliate SHRM chapters in our state, and to act as a conduit in the communication network between National SHRM and local chapters.  We are volunteer leaders dedicated to the Human Resources profession.
