We currently have opportunities available for Licensed Therapist!

The Program Therapist is supervised by the designated Clinical Supervisor and works in collaboration with all program managers, coordinators, and staff.  The Program Therapist operates within their scope of practice and licensure level.  The Program Therapist is responsible for psychosocial assessment, consultation, care coordination, crisis assessment and intervention services, treatment/safety plan development and monitoring, and conducting individual, group, and/or family therapy for assigned clients.  Activities may include office, home-based or community-based service provision.

Skills / Requirements

NM licensed Psychiatrist, Psychologist or Psychologist Associate; Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW), Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatric Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN) with a master's in Psychiatric Nursing, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT).
Two (2) years experience with SED children and families preferred.
A thorough knowledge of clinical practices to include special considerations for working with special needs 
A thorough knowledge and use of community resources.  
Valid Driver’s License and Current Car Insurance.

Must meet all Agave Health pre-employment requirements including but not limited to Criminal Records Clearance, valid driver’s license and the ability to consistently establish positive relationships, communicate and work cooperatively with clients, families, colleagues, staff, and community members to include sensitivity to the impact of trauma.
