This morning, you might be explaining charges to a customer who has just received his/her first bill. Tomorrow afternoon, you could be addressing technical issues about one of our products, or referring customers to our technical service team. Next week, you may help solve a problem and transform a frustrated customer into a happy one. This is in many ways, a powerful position and a great place to start a Verizon Wireless career. Skills / Requirements
We’re looking for a couple years of customer-service experience and an Associate, Bachelor or Technical degree is highly desired. We also need a unique kind of person-someone who is punctual, dependable and organized. Your ability to work with multiple computer applications, while talking to customers, is a necessity. A stable work history showing at least one year with a previous employer is required. But most important, you must enjoy listening to, analyzing and solving problems. You’ll need to think on your feet, ask targeted questions, anticipate needs, and start fresh with every customer. You’re the reason that customers who choose us, stay with us. You’re the voice of Verizon Wireless.
